The pickup times will be arranged out of major Las Vegas strip hotels only between 7:15-8:00am.
If you would like to book for the 16th of May you would need to reserve as soon as possible because it takes about 1-2 days to receive confirmation.You will likely miss the departure time, especially if your flight is delayed. We suggest you book the tour for any departures the day after you arrival.

When we get to the hotel, check us in, is there any program or free day and night to explore little bit LA by ourself? Hotel upgrades are available for you for your stay in Los Angeles county area.On the first day we only provide airport and transfer you to your hotel.
You will not have a tour on the first day so you will just check-in and have the rest of the day free.
Depending on your bus drop off location, you can request for a pickup out of LAX anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, or you can arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel confirmed for the tour's first night (hotel information provided upon confirmation of your order and will be located in either Fullerton, CA or La Mirada, CA)

You will approximately be at the Grand Canyon for 3-4 hours.Free time varies from 1 to 1 and a half hours.
Helicopter rides will not be offered as optional attractions on this tour, but we have another similar tour visiting the West Rim of the Grand Canyon that offers a Helicopter and Boat ride as an optional activity:

Our tour coaches are not usually equipped with a chair lift or ramps. If the person can walk up and down the bus stairs and the wheelchair can be folded and stored in the bus trunk, there should not be any problem for the individual to join the tour. We will try to arrange for him/her to be seated in the front of the bus. Please make a note of it in the "comments" section when you book the tour online.The closest pick up location to Hawthorne, CA will be:
Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012
The drop off will be the same as the pick up location.
Our multiple day tours offer complimentary hotel accommodation.
Meals are not included in the tour package, the tour guide will arrange it for you by taking you to different restaurants and buffets you will have to purchase the meals while on tour.

This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide(English/Chinese) only for all its departures. We do not currently offer tours available with French speaking guides.
Meals are not included but the tour guide makes stops at fast food, buffets and food courts and you will have to pay for your meals as you go.

The tour reservation price per person is dependent on how many people you arrange in a room, and not the type of accommodations offered.
The tour reservation price will include:
- Complimentary pick-up and drop-off to chosen location (see Pick-up Time and Locations)
- 2-night hotel accommodations (Circus Circus Hotel) on the strip
- Roundtrip ground transportation in air-conditioned deluxe tour coach
- Professional tour escort
The tour reservation price will not include:- All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals; however, you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges

This tour offers pickup from LAX Airport and drop off at LAX Airport.You will have to arrange your own transportation to get to your hotel from LAX.
We might also be able to arrange for a drop off in Chinatown for you at the end of the tour. Please include your preferred end location in the comments section when placing your order online to allow us to try to arrange for a drop off for you as close as possible to your hotel in Los Angeles.
