I will be landed at 7:40 am at Las Vegas airport on May 16.. Are you able to pick me up at the airport? And do you think I could join this day tour to grand cayon?
The pickup times will be arranged out of major Las Vegas strip hotels only between 7:15-8:00am. If you would like to book for the 16th of May you would need to reserve as soon as possible because it takes about 1-2 days to receive confirmation.
You will likely miss the departure time, especially if your flight is delayed. We suggest you book the tour for any departures the day after you arrival.
Hey, I have a question about book this tour. The options at select hotel are for the first night in LA, so I wonder what´s better to choose, how is the organization in hotels. When we get to the hotel, check us in, is there any program or free day and night to explore little bit LA by ourself? And when I will not fly to LA but go by bus from SF, how is the best to get to the hotel? Thank you for you response!
Hotel upgrades are available for you for your stay in Los Angeles county area.
On the first day we only provide airport and transfer you to your hotel.
You will not have a tour on the first day so you will just check-in and have the rest of the day free.
Depending on your bus drop off location, you can request for a pickup out of LAX anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, or you can arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel confirmed for the tour's first night (hotel information provided upon confirmation of your order and will be located in either Fullerton, CA or La Mirada, CA)
Hi so I am going to book your tour for June 22nd as per your advise.
I am going to live in "Residence Inn", Los Angeles LAX/El Segundo 2135 East El Segundo Blvd., El Segundo.
Can you suggest which pick up location is the closest one?
I can't check some of the pick up locations in the map.
Thank you!
Hi, I am looking at booking this tour, however I am hoping to take a helicopter flight and walk around the grand canyon. Will I have the time and freedom to do both / either? Thanks!
You will approximately be at the Grand Canyon for 3-4 hours.
Free time varies from 1 to 1 and a half hours.
Helicopter rides will not be offered as optional attractions on this tour, but we have another similar tour visiting the West Rim of the Grand Canyon that offers a Helicopter and Boat ride as an optional activity:
I'm interested in the tour that starts May 25th, but before I book I need to know about accessibility. Is the bus wheelchair accessible? How close to Hawthorne, Ca. is the pick up? Is the drop off at the same location as the pick up? How accessible are all the tour venues? How are the hotel reservations made? Are any meals included?
Our tour coaches are not usually equipped with a chair lift or ramps. If the person can walk up and down the bus stairs and the wheelchair can be folded and stored in the bus trunk, there should not be any problem for the individual to join the tour. We will try to arrange for him/her to be seated in the front of the bus. Please make a note of it in the "comments" section when you book the tour online.
The closest pick up location to Hawthorne, CA will be:
The drop off will be the same as the pick up location.
Our multiple day tours offer complimentary hotel accommodation.
Meals are not included in the tour package, the tour guide will arrange it for you by taking you to different restaurants and buffets you will have to purchase the meals while on tour.
We are planning to to take this tour on Jun 12 , and need to book flight from SFO to IAD, what the earliest flight time suggested , or one night SFO extension is reccomended ?
In the evening, you will be transferred to Los Angeles International airport for a wonderful conclusion of the trip.
If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please arrange a US domestic flight after 9:30pm, an international flight after 10:30pm. The tour will end in LAX at around 7:30 pm.
